About Us

We were the very first rental company in New York City to specialize in event furniture rentals.

It all began in 2001 when Greenroom Event Rentals started out designing and renting backstage green rooms to the entertainment and commercial industries. Today, our inventory has grown to consist of a well edited collection of indoor and outdoor furniture, props, accessories, event decor and production rentals.

You can find our rentals in commercials, television sets, print ads, editorial , on stages, backstage for green rooms, talent dressing rooms, Pop Ups, private dinner parties and video villages.


We cater to the unique needs of social/corporate event and commercial production industries.

Our clientele is very diverse in part because they reach out to us from all over the globe.
